We may be sad to say goodbye to summer, but with the colder months soon to be upon us Warrens Bakery is reminding us of all there is to love about the great British winter.
A well-loved tradition reminding us of times gone by, the Sunday roast makes a welcome
return to dining tables across the country as a staple winter warmer. But now, with the arrival of the brand-new roast dinner inspired pasties from Cornwall’s oldest bakery, you can enjoy the nations favourite meal any day of the week, plus whilst out and about and on the go.
Hand-crimped by the expert team at Warrens Bakery, officially recognised as the World’s oldest Cornish pasty maker, the hearty new Roast Pasty range will warm hungry tummies come lunchtime. Because roasts are just too good to save for Sunday’s, the delicious Roast Beef & Horseradish Pasty and Roast Chicken with Sage Stuffing are filled with the finest ingredients and seasonal British vegetables.
Established in 1860, Warrens Bakery is launching the new arrivals with a perfectly paired accompaniment of crispy roast potatoes, from just £1 per portion they make for an affordable lunchtime treat.
Master Baker, Jason Jobling, who has worked with the team to craft the new roast pasty
recipes commented on the new savoury bakes –
“Our Cornish pasties are an iconic dish in the South West and we are immensely proud to be the home of the longest reigning original recipe. As the Sunday roast is also such an integral and well-loved dish, which is a huge part of Great Britain’s national identity, we felt it was the high time it was given a Warrens Bakery twist. We are really pleased to be able to share our hand-crimped new arrivals and have worked hard to ensure they taste just as good as your home cooked roast.”
Arriving at selected Warrens Bakery stores across the UK, with over 50 bakeries in

The leading national bakery brand has had a busy few months, as well as celebrating
numerous openings and franchise partnerships, the team has been raising a toast after
being shortlisted as one of the top three craft bakery businesses in the country, in the Baking Industry Awards 2017.
This is the second year running that Warrens Bakery has been shortlisted in the category. They attribute their success not only to the provenance of their ingredients but also to their dedicated team. All of their baked goods are crafted with an enormous amount of care and attention to detail and using the finest ingredients. Many of their products are also produced to traditional recipes including their Cornish pasty, they are after all the oldest Cornish pasty maker in the world.
