Award Winning Fish & Seafood Restaurant, The Galley in Topsham, reopens following an extensive refurbishment. Closed for the last two months to facilitate, now with a new look, new chef and new menu The Galley is delighted to be back serving ‘The Very Best of Devon on a Plate’.
Under new leadership of experienced Head Chef Lee Harry and Sous Chef Jack Sharland, The Galley is back doing what it does best – sourcing the finest prime fresh fish & seafood, the freshest local ingredients, attractive wines, creating innovative menu options, coupled with great service. Head Chef Lee Harry commented, ‘I am delighted to be leading the kitchen at The Galley and am excited and looking forward to developing the menu with fabulous fish, the finest local produce and bringing to the plate the benefits that seasonality offers’.
The Galley has seen a wonderful fresh new look, following the blue house colour, bringing a brighter, relit developed and enhanced feel and look to the restaurant. Reaction so far has been overwhelming from customers commenting on the new look, new menu and food.
