The season for food festivals has really kicked off with a strong beat.  Not hardcore drum & bass but something rhythmic, sustained and altogether fun to dance to.  I’m not really sure where I am going with this analogy, but I heartily recommend you dance yourself down to The Shops at Dartington this weekend as their May Food Fair looks top-notch.

Back for the eighth year on 27-28 May they’ve announced another delicious line-up of award-winning street food, national and regional star-chefs, and activities for the whole family.

Susy Atkins
National wine and spirits author and journalist, Susy Atkins will be cracking open bottles of wine and spirits in Devon Drinks, while TV star-chef Richard Hunt, MasterChef’s Ben
Palmer, renowned chef Chris Sherville and multi-award-winning barbecue expert Sue
Stoneman will be just a few of a whole host of chefs demonstrating over the course of the
the two-day festival in the Food Marque!

Held in association with Food Drink Devon, the event cements the region on the map as one of the leading food and drink producers in the UK.

All ages are welcome, and did I mention that entry is free.
