NEW IN TIME FOR THE EASTER HOLIDAYS, a range of half-day baking classes launches at One Mile Bakery Exeter. Teaching in her micro bakery kitchen at home in Exeter, baker Boudicca Woodland is a busy working mum of two and came up with the taster class idea when time-pressured people requested a shorter class, or something they could bring children along to. Each session runs from 10am-1.30pm, and is a hands-on workshop which introduces the basics of baking great bread that’s free from any nasty additives and preservatives.

Learn to make a tear and share loaf – getting confident working with dough, and understanding the foundations of a delicious bake – and choose your own flavourings for the and decorative toppings. While your loaf rises, you’ll make a batch of incredibly light scones to take home and enjoy lunch.
